Christofis Andreou AKA El Chiprtiota!

   Growing up in the city of Limassol, Cyprus the influence of delivery and fast food was a huge temped. But instead, my parents choose to raise their family with the best possible resources they could. this is why I also have a big passion for cooking with the best products I can find in my garden. 

   I studied culinary arts in Cyprus and then suddenly I moved to Spain after visiting Madrid for vacations. I fell in love with the culture, the people but most important the vast gastronomy of Spain, the extraordinary way that Spaniards are having fun going outside to have a drink and eat tapas!.

   Nevertheless, trying to enrich your knowledge never ends, that's why I am trying to do my best finding new recipes and cooking methods every day. Especially nowadays that technology is more advance than never before. This is what I will try to pass through this blog and I hope you will enjoy it.
