I would like to share an easy cookie recipe that I know, believe me, it will make your guests super happy and it will give the illusion that you are the perfect baker!

Each country has created a suitable recipe depending on their gastronomy and ingredients available, most of those cookies are baked for special religious occasions.
And now the recipe.
Ingredients
- 250gr pastry flour 
- 125gr butter at room temperature 
- 125gr powder sugar 
- One egg 
- Pinch of salt 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- Food colour (optional) 
Preparation Method
- Mix the flour, powder sugar, salt and stir well. Add the butter and mix with your hands until you a crumbly texture. 
- Add the egg and vanilla and knead until you have a mass. 
- Separate the mass into 4 equal balls and incorporate the food colour. 
- Rool the balls into 4 equal cylinders, put them together and make a big colourful cylinder. 
- Cover with film and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 
- Preheat the oven at 160 Degrees Celsius 
- Cut your cookies with sharp knife circles of 0.5 cm 
- Place them on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. 
- Let them cool completely and enjoy.
