Rock Candy Lollipops

Ingredients

 
  • 650 gr cristal sugar

  • 250 ml of water

  • 1 tp flavouring

  • 5 drops of edible colour

  • lollipop sticks


Preparation method

 
  1. Dip your sticks into the water and then cover them with sugar, hang them and let them dry for 20 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan heat the water until it boils, add the sugar slowly until its fully dissolved.

  3. Turn off the heat, add the flavouring and colour of your choice and transfer the mixture into jars.

  4. Let it cool completely and place your sticks with the sugar into your mixture. Make sure that your sticks are not touching the bottom or the walls of the jar.

  5. Place your jars in dark place for at least 10 days.

  6. Remove your lollipops and let them dry completely.
